This fairytale pavilion sunset setup is made to drift off into night sky. Designed for a special anniversary, wedding proposal, or elopement, the mood is Arabian Nights with a touch of Miami cool. Berber poufs, sequined Moroccan wedding rugs, and filigree lanterns combine with bamboo, rattan, and sheer curtains for a glittering yet relaxed evening celebration.

This gauze-draped picnic table is set for lounging, surrounded by soft cushions, and decorated with orchids and silver votives. String lights cascade down the sides of the pavilion, while fresh white floral arrangements accent its corners. Our vintage-style record player with curated selection of jazz records provides the soundtrack to your night. A letter board stands ready to spell out the words “She said Yes!”

How It Works

  • Fill out your event request with your package and location preference, add-ons, if any, and start time. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and send you a proposal document with a price quote.

  • While you await our proposal and price quote, we encourage you to review our booking policies concerning deposits and weather postponements so that you have all the information you need to book stress-free.

  • Upon approval of your proposal document, kindly submit a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.

  • 72 hours before your date, we will be in touch to review any weather or upgrade changes. If we are approved to proceed, we kindly request the balance payment in full so that we can begin packing and scheduling delivery.

  • We will be in touch the morning of to confirm our arrival and send a location pin. Then all you have to do is meet us at your setup to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
